Delete Your Account & Data — InvoiceFlow

You can request full deletion of your InvoiceFlow account and all associated data at any time. Here's how:

Log in to the InvoiceFlow app.

Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.

Alternatively, submit a formal erasure request below (select "Right to Erasure") or email electrictradesolutions@invoiceflow.uk with the subject "Delete My Account".

What gets deleted:

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • All invoices, quotes, expenses, and client data
  • Business profile, settings, and uploaded files
  • Bank connections and transaction history

What may be retained:

  • Billing/payment records — retained for up to 6 years to comply with UK tax and financial regulations (HMRC requirements for Making Tax Digital record-keeping)
  • Anonymised aggregate analytics (no personally identifiable information)

We will process your deletion request within 30 calendar days as required by UK GDPR.
